Members are advised to renew their Practising Certificates no later than 31st December 2024 in terms of S.32 of the Legal Practitioners Act [CAP 61:01]. The Secretariat will not process any applications without the following documents:
- Subscription fee
- Continuing legal education fee
- Fidelity certificate fee
- Law firm’s Audit Report
- Current Practising Certificate
Please request an invoice from accounts and send proof of payment via email
Complete Fidelity Certificate Application Form. NB: Applications will not be processed without the complete application form.
New membership applications should include: -certificate of pupillage -provisional practising certificate, where applicable -current place of employment
NB: Members who have since left private practice should notify the Society.
